How Our Sofa Disassembly Service Works
- Send photos. Include the sofa, doorway, stairs or elevator, plus the service ZIP code and preferred date.
- Review the estimate. We discuss the work and any transport needs. Our technician confirms the price before starting.
- Disassemble and reassemble. We protect the work area, remove what is necessary and rebuild the furniture in its destination room.
Experience with Premium Furniture
We service furniture from Restoration Hardware / RH, Verellen, Crate & Barrel, Montauk Sofa and B&B Italia. Each piece is assessed individually. Couch Heroes is an independent service provider and is not officially affiliated with these brands.
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Our lifetime warranty covers our disassembly and reassembly workmanship. Your furniture should look as it did before disassembly. We inspect reported issues and correct defects caused by our work at no labor charge. The warranty does not cover unrelated damage and is void if a third party opens or reassembles the furniture after our service.
Planning for Your Building
Let us know about elevator reservations, stairs, access hours and your building's COI requirements. We can coordinate the furniture work with your movers. Transport, when needed, is quoted separately. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment.
